REFLEXOLOGY IN LANGLEY

Slow down with a focused, non-invasive treatment designed to encourage relaxation and ease everyday stress. Reflexology uses intentional pressure on specific points, most commonly on the feet, as part of a calming whole-body wellness experience.

A GROUNDED APPROACH TO REST AND WELL-BEING

Reflexology is based on a traditional map of reflex points on the feet, hands, ears, and face. Practitioners apply controlled finger and hand pressure to selected points with the goal of supporting relaxation, comfort, and a sense of balance.

Many people choose reflexology as time to unwind, especially when stress has left them feeling tense or depleted. Pressure can be adjusted throughout the session, and the treatment remains complementary to—not a replacement for—medical care.

WHAT IS REFLEXOLOGY?

Reflexology is a complementary wellness practice that uses pressure on mapped reflex points. Although traditional reflexology associates these points with other areas of the body, evidence does not establish reflexology as a method for diagnosing, curing, or treating medical conditions.

WELLNESS JOURNEY

What are the benefits of Reflexology?

Focused touch and a quiet environment may help you settle, slow down, and experience a deep sense of rest.

CHOOSE THE SESSION THAT FITS YOUR DAY

Choose a 25-minute half session, a 50-minute full reflexology session, or a 75-minute extended session that includes reflexology with a hand and arm massage.

Appointments are offered by members of the reflexology team, including Chandan Nahal, Simmy Saran, and Jaedyn Tuckwood.

REFLEXOLOGY THAT RESPECTS YOUR COMFORT

Tell your practitioner about foot pain, injury, swelling, skin concerns, pregnancy, circulation concerns, or any condition that may affect the session. Pressure can be changed or an area avoided at any time.

Reflexology is a complementary wellness service. It should not replace medicine, diagnosis, or medical advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Seek medical care for symptoms that are severe, persistent, or concerning.
